Who am I?
Basia Świderska
Since 2007, I have been managing the delivery of event, communication and tourism projects at the Dream Events agency. I created the Planner Summit project – a conference for people involved in organising events at their own companies.
I have gained broad experience in public relations, marketing, finance, sales management and as a business trainer. I believe that a good entrepreneur is a mix of many competencies, which is why I am constantly expanding my knowledge and skills.
I am passionate about creative, well-organised action and growth. I create training programmes in strategic management, sales, B2B marketing, event marketing and the Design Thinking methodology.
My approach is based on practical solutions and innovative methods tailored to the individual needs of clients.
I serve as President of MPI Poland Chapter for the 2023-2025 term, being part of the largest industry association, Meeting Professionals International, which brings together more than 16 thousand professionals worldwide. As an academic teacher, I teach at WSB Merito University in Chorzów on business psychology and management studies, and I am also continuing my own education in a master’s programme in psychology at SWPS University in Katowice.
My education includes a master’s degree in economics specialising in Public Relations from the University of Economics in Katowice, as well as postgraduate studies in accounting, sales management and business training.
