The controller of your personal data within the meaning of personal data protection regulations is DREAM EVENTS POLAND Sp. z o.o., ul. Gliwicka 35, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry, Poland, NIP (Tax ID) 6452552899.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

1. Marketing

  • Presenting the services and products of brands within DREAM EVENTS POLAND Sp. z o.o. by electronic and telephone means, as well as those of companies involved in the business partnership for organising the Galaktyka Eventu conference.

2. Events (workshops, training and networking meetings):

  • Your data (first name, surname / company name, phone number, email address) will be processed solely for the purpose of registering for the Event, and the consent given also covers receiving communications regarding the Event in the form of email and SMS messages
  • Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to register for and take part in the Event and to receive event-related communication
  • Personal data is processed exclusively within the territory of the European Union.

3. Invoicing:

  • Issuing an invoice requires the processing of personal data to that extent.
  • The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice.
  • All issued invoices are included in the accounting records, and therefore your data will naturally be processed as part of that documentation for the period of time required by law.

4. Contact form / email contact:

  • By contacting us via email or the contact form available on the website, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender’s address along with other personal data.
  • The legal basis for processing personal data in such a case is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.
  • Your personal data provided as part of the above contact is processed solely to handle your enquiry. The content of the correspondence may be archived.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. The right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
  2. The right to object to processing.
  3. The right to data portability.
  4. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if you have previously given such consent.
